The city of St. Louis has come into the range of a tornado. This tornado spread devastation in a narrow path of 22 miles in length. Airport is also came in the path of this tornado where a video camera recorded its video. This video camera was installed for security purposes and it watched the traffic of passengers in gallery.

Tornado Struck The St. Louis Airport
The video recorded by camera showed that papers and other lighter tackle had already started to fly in the air before the tornado struck. People were still walking in the gallery. But when tornado struck the area and its centre passed over the gallery’s roof, every lighter thing was seen flying. At this same time, people were trying to flee and they were in a hurry of finding refuge for them.

Away from airport, this tornado took 100 homes, luckily no one died because each  resident of these houses had taken refuge in under ground diggings. It was Easter Sunday and every one was close to his house. It is the most powerful tornado to strike this area in last 44 years.

It spread devastation in areas away from airport, however in the building of airport, there is a  little damage. It is hard to imagine that airport building continue to existd after such a powerful tornado walked through it. Flying garbage was spread every where during tornado.
Locals of St. Louis are calling it a miracle because very little damage take placed in area despite the huge size of tornado. This might have been due to Easter.
