She has been working in many different companies in London, England. She met there with Alex Chapman and caught in love with him. These love relations resulted into their marriage. Because of this marriage, she got British citizenship.

She was discovered as a Russian spy working for the external intelligence Agency Illegals by an undercover agent of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States and arrested on June 27, 2010.
Her statement was taken and she pleaded guilty to involvement in Illegals program and also as an unlawful agent of a foreign nation. Soon afterward, she was deported back to her country in exchange for many other spies of the United States who were caught in Russia.
