QRZ : The first annual Radio Buyer's Guide, published by Monitoring Time magazine, appeared in the November, 2010 issue. This guide was developed to give readers a yearlong reference of which radios were the best performer for their requirements.

Keith Baker, KB1SF/ VA3KSF, is a Past President and the current Treasurer of AMSAT , The Radio Amateur Satellite corporation. He's been a major contributor to a number of national and international featuring amateur radio satellite for nearly 20 years.

Kirk Kleinschmidt, NTOZ, a radio amateur since age of 15, is a former ARRL/QST aditor and has been writing features and columns about ham radio in national and international magazines for 23 years.
