Vegan Diet, It is a proven reality that the vegan diet have many banifits for adults in it. They feel better after cutting out all type of flesh from their meals. It contains all the neccessory ingredient of a ballanced diet. But in case of children who need more vitamins and proteins for their rapidly growing bodies, is a vegan diet fit for the children?

when a child fed all the time with vegan diet, they may not get all the nutrients from it which they needed for the proper growth of there body. They also needed some extra supplements to meet their need.

Vegan fed children can have the deficiency of vitamin D, calcium, iron, and vitamin B12, the nutrients mostly found in animals products, so they need the supplements. Because vegan diet doesn't energy dense foods so the children have to eat a large quantity of food to get the enough energy to met their daily need. Due to the small stomack most of the children can not eat much. They also have the deficiency of amino acid wich is neccessory for the growth of the body that can get only from the fish, flesh and eggs only.

But vegan child do eat way more fruits and vegetables than most of their peers. The lesson learned from all this? If you opt to have your child go vegan, make sure you get all the info of what their bodies need.

Would you ever consider to have your kids go vegan?
