Many places in the world where the schedule of daylight saving (DST) is different than that of USA.In Australia and New Zealand the DST start from October 2,2011. In Australia and New Zealand daylight saving time will end on Sunday April 3, 2011 when the clock move back an hour at 3:00 a.m. local time.

DST in Australia

Australia has a large geographical size and have the different time zone in it. There are four states that follow the DST. And in these states daylight saving time will end on April 3, 2011 and begin again on October 2, 2011.

Here are the state that follow DST:

    * Australian Capital Territory.
    * New South Wales.
    * South Australia.
    * Tasmania.
    * Victoria.


DST Schedule in New Zealand:

New Zealand will also end their daylight saving schedule on Sunday, April 3, 2011. New Zealand’s daylight saving schedule slightly differs from Australia’s in which it annually starts on the last Sunday of September and ends on the first Sunday of April the following year. New Zealand will start DST again on Sunday, September 25, 2011.
