He is Philippin-o-irish in origion as his mother was a Philippines woman and father was an Iris. He started his schooling from Stuart Hall for Boys and then joined the Saint Ignatius College. He was very fond of playing the musical instruments like piano, violin, guitar, cello, and drums. He started playing these instruments quite his childhood. At the begining of his career he and his brother used to play drums in a band of New York, then he joined the Freelance Whales, a famous rock band of his time and became the unreplaceable part of it.
