A suicide bumber blasted herself in a large crowd who geathered to recieve food aid near the office of the political agent at the Muhmand agency of the tribel area of the Pakistan.
The town of Khar is close to the Afghanistan border where People displacee by fighting had been getting food at a distribution centre.
President Obama said that he strongly condemn the outrageous terrorist attach in Khar.
"Killing the innocent civilians outside the World Food Programme distribution centre is an affront ot the people of Pakistan and the entire world.
Besides the number of Pakistan milatry operations in area of Bajaur the terrorist prove that they are strong enough to strick back.
The UK government has also condemned the attack
UK Minister for South Asia Alistair Burt said: "This appalling attack on innocent refugees is a cruel reminder of the indiscriminate aims of the terrorist and an example of why the world must work together to do all we can to confront a menace without boundaries."
