LIRR Train Schedule

As the East Coast digs out from a massive snow storm which knocked out, airports and public transportation, normalcy returns today. During the heaviest part of the snow, the Long Island Rail Road suspended service on Monday but has restored service.

The Long Island Rail Road now has limited service from Penn Station with travel to only four branches including: Babylon, Huntington, Port Washington and Ronkonkoma. All other branches are closed.

Commuters and vacation travelers can expect long delays during rush hour today as officials continue to remove snow at LIRR stations and parking lots.

Snow removal also continues at LIRR stations and parking lots.

Those using the Metro-North will notice that that Saturday schedule is in place for its “Harlem, Hudson and New Haven lines.”
